Not easy to use

I started the app and it latched onto my USB drive and my main hard drive. I could not get it to stop scanning my USB drive until I quit the app then ejected my USB drive. After that, I could not get it to scan my hard drive. There should be a control to start a scan and a guarantee to stop a scan if necessary.
